3. Review & Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Mimsigns will promptly review the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We reserve the right to request additional information before taking action.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your full legal name and contact information

• Identification of the content that was removed and its original location

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed due to error or misidentification

• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Mimsigns may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Mimsigns reserves the right to terminate access or accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

6. False Claims

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Mimsigns reserves the right to reject claims made in bad faith.

7. Changes to This DMCA Policy

Mimsigns may update this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
