But we also understand that sometimes an item just isn’t quite what you hoped for—and that’s completely okay. Our return and refund process is designed to stay simple, honest, and stress-free, so your experience with us remains positive even when a return is needed.
By placing an order with Mimsigns, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below, created to protect both our valued U.S. customers and our business operations. We promise to approach every return request with fairness, understanding, and transparency.
A. The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
You have a full 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to decide whether your item is right for you. If not, you can start a return within this window—no pressure, no hassle.
Eligibility Requirements
To complete a return or exchange, your item must meet the following standards:
Condition: The product must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or any signs of wear.
Packaging & Tags: Original tags must remain attached, and the item should be returned in its original packaging or a secure equivalent.
Proof of Purchase: Include your receipt, packing slip, order confirmation email, or a screenshot showing your purchase details.
If an item does not meet these requirements upon arrival, we may be unable to process the refund, and you may be responsible for return shipping of the non-eligible item. Please inspect your items promptly after they arrive.
B. No Prepaid Label in the Box? No Worries
We don’t send prepaid return labels inside packages because each return requires specific instructions tailored to your order. To begin your return or exchange, simply email our support team at support@mimsigns.com. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide a unique authorized return label just for your situation.
C. How to Start Your Return Easily
When reaching out to support@mimsigns.com, please include:
Your Order Number and the Full Name used at checkout
A clear Proof of Purchase (screenshot or confirmation email)
The reason for your return (“Item too large,” “Received damaged item,” “Changed my mind,” etc.)
Photos or a video if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—this speeds up verification and helps us process your request faster
Once we receive your returned package, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 24 hours. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. If eligible for a refund, we initiate it immediately. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit. We appreciate your patience while your bank completes this final step.
D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product, a defective item, or something different from what you ordered, we’re truly sorry—that’s our mistake, and we will fix it right away. Mimsigns supports exchanges only when the issue is on our end. Please contact us immediately at support@mimsigns.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
E. Exchanges for Errors on Our Part
Exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or the wrong size compared to your original order. If this applies to you, please reach out right away so we can make it right. If the problem is caused by our error, Mimsigns will cover all return shipping costs. You won’t pay a single cent for sending the faulty product back to us.
F. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer, so if you don’t see the credit after several days, feel free to reach out for assistance.
G. Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 4 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. Why the quick window? After 4 hours, your order may already be in production or packing. Once we reach that stage, cancellation may not be possible. We’ll always try our best, but it cannot be guaranteed after this time.
A Friendly Reminder About Shipping Details
Before checking out, double-check that your address is accurate—street name, house number, apartment details, everything. We ship exactly to the address provided. If an order fails to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete customer-entered information, the resulting loss will be the customer’s responsibility. Ensuring your details are correct helps us keep your delivery smooth and successful.
