From the moment you complete your purchase, our team begins preparing your items with care, accuracy, and respect for your time. Our goal is to ensure your order moves smoothly from our facility to your doorstep, all while keeping you informed along the way.
- All standard orders go through an internal processing period of 2 to 5 business days. This processing window allows our team to verify order details, inspect item quality, prepare packaging, and confirm readiness for shipment.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. If your order is placed after 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, it will move into the next business day’s processing queue. Orders placed on Sundays also begin processing on Monday or the next available business day.
- This system helps ensure that every order receives the attention and accuracy it deserves.
- Some orders require additional processing time due to their nature. If you request customization—such as a personalized print, a custom graphic, or a unique design chosen specifically for your item—please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days. During this time, our design team prepares artwork files, confirms print accuracy, and reviews designs to ensure they match your request.
- Bulk and wholesale orders, typically defined as orders exceeding 50 units, may require a longer processing period of 7 to 10 business days. This time frame can vary depending on stock availability, production capacity, and the scale of the order. We always aim to complete these orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- For orders to begin processing on the same day they are placed, they must be submitted before our daily cut-off time of 7:00 PM EST. Orders submitted after this time automatically shift to the next business day. This ensures that our team has enough time to verify the order and begin preparing it without compromising quality or accuracy.
- To deliver your items efficiently and safely, Mimsigns partners with trusted shipping carriers known for their reliability and nationwide coverage. These carriers include USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, UPS, and DHL (available only for select regions or specific service levels). Each carrier is selected based on package type, destination, and optimal delivery speed to ensure your item travels through the most efficient route available.
- A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD is applied to all domestic orders. This rate helps us maintain consistent packaging standards, careful handling, and reliable delivery while keeping costs predictable for our customers.
- Although we continually work to expand our service options, we currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or American Samoa, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. These limitations are due to carrier restrictions and logistical constraints. Our team is evaluating alternatives and improvements so that we may offer service to these regions in the future.
- Once your order has been packaged and handed off to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to your email or via SMS if you opted into text notifications. After the tracking number is generated, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update and begin showing movement. Carrier updates can sometimes take time to appear, especially during high-volume periods, but the tracking link will provide the most accurate, real-time information once scanning begins.
- During major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and other peak shopping seasons, both processing and transit times may be longer than usual due to nationwide courier congestion. Carriers often experience large spikes in volume during these periods, and delays may occur even with standard and expedited services. To avoid potential disruptions and ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend placing orders 2 to 3 weeks prior to major holidays or special events.
